NDGA is your voice at the State’s Capitol in Bismarck as well as your connection to our Federal Senators and Representative. We constantly monitor the legislature for legislation that effects our industry, and we are actively engaged in the legislative process to prevent costly legislation and burdensome regulations. NDGA uses the strength of our membership to help prevent harmful legislation. When NDGA testifies at a hearing, legislators know that their local grocery store is involved.
